We are two sisters, Nicola and Gemma, who are passionate about your health and well-being with an aim to help you break the yo-yo dieting cycle. We specialise in guiding women through the transition to menopause. Our holistic approach combines personalised nutrition and fitness strategies to help you manage symptoms, boost energy, and regain confidence.
Our work is all through evidence-based nutritional education, one-to-one support and tailored coaching. Perimenopause brings unique challenges—fluctuating hormones, weight changes, sleep disturbances, and mood shifts. Understanding these changes is the first step toward empowerment.
