Ingredients- serves 2-4
4 servings of 3 bean chilli - see recipe in plant based section
4 wraps
60g cheddar cheese
Method
Spoon the chilli into each wrap and simply wrap up well. Place each wrap into an oven proof dish (you can coat this in 1 cal spray first to avoid sticking). Sprinkle with cheese then bake for 20 minutes at 170* (fan oven). You can add some guacamole, greek yogurt, jalapeños, whatever you enjoy!
To make vegan use vegan cheese.
