Avocado Toast


All of the toppings are on a multiseeded wholegrain loaf sliced into 1/2" slices and toasted.

  • 30g cream cheese,30g avocado, cornichons, capers, sesame seeds

  • same as above minus capers

  • 30g mashed avocado, 3 large prawns, salt & cayenne pepper

  • 30g avocado, pomegranate seeds, 20g mozerella

  • same as 1 but replace capers with 8g cashew nuts

  • 30g avocado, 1/2 boiled egg salt & pepper
