Ingredients - Serves 1
1 large baking potato
15g cheese
One cal oil spray
Salt
Method
Cut the potato into chunky chips, leaving the skin on. Parboil for 4 minutes then spray with oil and add a good pinch of salt. Pop in an air fryer for 20 minutes then sprinkle the cheese over when ready! You can do these in the oven too if you dont have air fryer. 180* for 30 minutes.
