Protein Pudding the NA way



Ingredients - Serves 1


200g Skyr Extra Creamy yogurt

20g Chocolate Whey/Vegan Protein powder

15g Peanut Butter

20g Chia seeds

1 Small Banana



Method


Add everything to a blender or food processor and blend well. You can eat straight away or leave in the fridge. Feel free to add toppings if you like!
